The staff was helpful, polite with every request. Lots of food for breakfast including eggs and meats.

We enjoyed staff and location here. The restaurant was great, it had fresh dishes.

everything was simply perfect. the property was clean, featured nice design, i really enjoyed it. its location was very central, 200 metres from rua do carmo street.

I appreciated the hotel, it was gorgeous and fairly clean. The venue was in a very central setting on tram route 28. Stopped by o Brasileiro cafetaria to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

Location and people were perfect, and all in all I loved this hotel.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was brilliant very close to bars all nearby and the center and shops close by. Newly remodelled and accommodating room with balcony to the rue garret, we spent our time lovely.

The staff was pretty friendly, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city so close to restaurants, the square in the Chiado section of Lisbon.

The staff was modern, the breakfast was exceptional, everything was 10/10. Attractive and practical room. The bed was soft, a bath worked well. The pool was heated and the views were mesmerizing.

Breakfast was extraordinary and staff were more than helpful. Room was very pretty and the bathroom was luxury, I loved it. Breathtaking location, just a short walk away from a historic castle. Plus it was close to restaurants and bars. Great value, I had an exceptional stay.

We loved it, the hotel was low budget and had fabulous staff and location. Generally everything was fine, even so the bathroom was tiny. Situated in a busy area. Also, Rua do Carmo Street was easily accessible. We had a really nice time staying at this property.

It deserves its 3 stars. This place was superior and the staff was EFFICIENT. You can see the city from your window. Baixa / Chiado district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

Good location, you can walk everywhere. Rossio square was in the immediate vicinity. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Restauradores bus stop.
